The Haunting of the Cow

You’ll find the Cow situated along Station Road in the Parkstone area of Poole.

The Cow restaurant and pub is housed in an old Victorian building that dates back to 1855.

The building was originally the Parkstone Hotel and it’s said that some of its former staff members from the 1920’s and 1930’s haunt the building today.

One of the Cow’s waitresses reported somebody invisible barge pass her whilst she was carrying a tray.

And on another occasion a pile of cutlery was mysteriously polished and laid out on a tray overnight by somebody unknown.

It’s said that the spirit of a former maid of the Parkstone Hotel called Molly is responsible for the haunting of the building.
