Eastwell Manor Hotel is situated in Eastwell Park just north of Ashford.
The original manor house at Eastwell dated back to 1540 when it was first built by Sir Thomas Moyle who was a commissioner for Henry VIII.
The house has been added to over the centuries with today’s hotel being mainly in the neo-Elizabethan style.
The hotel and its grounds are said to be haunted…
The resident ghost at the hotel is the White Lady.
Terrified members of staff and guests alike have witnessed her ghostly apparition throughout the hotel.

Lots of paranormal groups have investigated Jamaica Inn coming to the conclusion that the most active parts of the inn are the Smugglers Bar, the Restaurant, the Stable Bar and Bedroom 4.
Witnesses have also reported hearing the sound of a phantom coach and horses drawing up outside the inn in the middle of the night.
Visitors to Jamaica Inn have reported seeing the ghostly apparition of a man dressed in a cloak and a hat.
Apparently, he suddenly appears and then disappears through solid closed doors.
