Along the High Street in the village of Wanborough you’ll find the pretty 17th century thatched Harrow Inn.
The building is Grade II listed and dates back to 1637 when it started life out as a coaching inn.
The inn is said to be haunted by a friendly ghost from the time when it was a coaching inn.
A coachman crashed his vehicle outside the Harrow Inn killing himself and his passengers…
His ghostly apparition has been seen by witnesses walking into the inn and also in the dining room.
