The Haunting of Lulworth Cove

You’ll find Lulworth Cove situated on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site near to the village of West Lulworth in Dorset.

The cove is said to be haunted by a group of ghostly young people who’ve been seen dancing in the moonlight on the beach.

Their ghostly apparitions were even seen during the Second World War when the cove was shut off with barbed wire and heavily mined!

The coastline around the cove is also said to be haunted by the ghosts of a senior military man and his sidekick.

They’re described as wearing uniforms from the Napoleonic era, the senior military man looks at a map, folds it up and then both men disappear into thin air.
